the Third Month

Hello everyone! Here are some fun updates from Wyatt's third month. We had lots of smiles, some giggles and new blond hair growing this month. He also started sleeping through the night from 8:30 pm - 6:30 am at about 11 weeks which was a huge blessing right before I had to go back to work. I have been back to work full time since the beginning of August and things are going well. It is certainly a carefully balanced routine in the evenings with lots of prep work for the next day but we are getting better at it. Makes for a quick evening with everything we try and pack into it! Here are a few favorites from July & August...

This was after church one day at the farm.... I would be the dorky one that likes the family to match and then wants to take a picture of it :) Wyatt is probably going to love this about as much as Ethan does but I will get away with it while I can!

The next few are from our second visit to Lake George... like I said lots of smiles these days and lets just say that the second one made me tear up a little...

Wyatt thinks that his Daddy is pretty funny and have to admit it's wonderful to watch the two of them interact. It amazes me that he already has us totally figured out. Daddy is to play with and Mommy is for comfort. Ethan can always get a smile. So who do you think he is looking like these days?

We also took a trip to the UP at the end of August. Wyatt's first trip across the bridge was a good one. The weather wasn't the best but we made the most of it. I have a feeling that he will have so much fun visiting the cottages as he gets bigger and I am very grateful that we have them to share.

He is getting so strong and will be moving all over before we know it. He has rolled from belly to back a few times but so far he isn't going too far. It won't be that way for long and we are enjoying it while we can!
